Job Overview:
The role of Senior Business Development Executive, International, is a key position within our organization responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of international markets, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across borders.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in international markets.
- Develop strategic business plans and market entry strategies for target regions.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and recommend strategies to differentiate our offerings.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in target markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for international clients.
Business Expansion:
- Drive business expansion initiatives in international markets through partnerships, alliances, and strategic collaborations.
- Explore new avenues for growth, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and market diversification.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of expansion plans.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for international markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
Market Representation:
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote our products and services in international markets.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development or sales roles.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations in international markets.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and navigating complex business environments.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
