Job Summary :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead with a background in IT product sales within the automation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the automation industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully selling IT products.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the automation industry.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.

2. Lead Marketing Initiatives :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels to reach the target audience.

3. Product Knowledge and Positioning :

- Possess a deep understanding of the IT products related to automation.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products to potential clients and differentiate them from competitors.

4. Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

5. Sales Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.

6. Market Research and Analysis :

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams :

- Work closely with product development, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

8. Budget Management :

- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in IT product sales within the automation industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.

- In-depth knowledge of automation technologies and market trends.

- Ability to travel as needed.
