Post : Manager - Sales & Product Deployment

Job Responsibilities :
1. Finding the prospects where our products can be useful
2. All steps of sales cycle right from approaching the client to closing the sales deal
3. Maintaining relationship to get future orders from existing clients
4. Maintain sales dossier of different client either through CRM or Excel
5. Identifying existing resources in the company and develop a trial team
6. Taking complete responsibility to ensure material is delivered as per the customer's PO and deploy our team for the trial of the product
7. Once continuous operation starts at the site, plan and deploy manpower and operation team for site operation
8. Ensure client satisfaction being constantly in touch with operation team at the site
9. Sort out day-to-day operation issue at the site, if it arises.
10. Daily meeting with each site location and submit MOM to the reporting head
11. Exploring new product ideas from the client during interaction and intimating to our product development team
12. Cross-sell other products wherever it can be
Eligibility :
- B.Tech in Chemical/ Metallurgy/Minerals/Materials/Mechanical from reputed institutes.
- MBA degree will be a plus.
- Must be having minimum 5 years of experience in mineral industries
