Counselor
- Providing Communicating & counselling to students/clients regarding courses and converting them into admission .
- Must have excellent communication skills & convincing power
- Should be comfortable in tele counseling.
- Responsible for resolving queries related to the course offered.
- Responsible for maintaining day to day reports as required.
- Responsible for handling enquirers and getting the enrollments.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Good communication skills over English and Hindi is a must have attribute.
- Candidates should be a good listener and expert at on phone
- Candidates with prior some basic of computer knowledge will be preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is must for every candidate.
- Have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Candidates preferably from same industry is a plus point
