Innefu Labs - Manager - Technical Sales (8-12 yrs)

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding opportunities with existing customers and can work in Philippines for 6 -12 months initially. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with expertise in AI, ML, and data analytics product lines. They will work closely with business analysts (BAs), pre-sales, and project delivery teams to develop proposals and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Should be ready to work in Philippines for 6 - 12 months initially.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India and International. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services.

- Work closely with business analysts, pre-sales, and project delivery teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions. Collaborate on proposal development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.

- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project timelines. Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to address any issues or concerns.

- Work with business analysts to conduct product demonstrations for potential customers. Showcase the capabilities of our AI, ML, and data analytics solutions and address any technical questions or concerns.

- Utilize existing connections and establish new relationships with government authorities. Identify opportunities for collaboration or partnership with government agencies on relevant projects or initiatives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on AI, ML, and data analytics product lines.

- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel within in India and international as needed.
