Innefu Labs - Executive - Inside Sales (4-8 yrs)
- Responsible for lead generation, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving or assisting in achieving opportunity-based sales quotas.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Keeping abreast of product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating product and service features.
- Understanding client requirements and needs.
- Acquiring new clients through email, outbound cold calls, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Implementing new sales approaches such as data-driven sales and partnerships.
- Providing continuous feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teams.
- Directing appropriate sales opportunities for further closure and future development.
- Prospecting and presenting solutions through product demonstrations.
- Expanding and maintaining prospect data within the company.
- Identifying main players, researching various accounts, and generating leads.
Requirement:
- A minimum of 4+ years B2B inside sales experience typically in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive, highly energetic
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken both Indonesia and English.
