Innefu - Digital Marketing Role (5-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

The person will be part of the marketing team and develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

Primary Responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain our Digital Strategy across all possible channels

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness

- Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis

- Creating and executing E-mail based marketing campaigns, direct emails, Linkedin etc

- Executing Social Media efforts and striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etc

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Reviewing and actively managing website and other online assets and sources

- Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers

- Analyzing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, contents etc and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Help generate quality traffic to all content sources to the outside world thereby helping in building a healthy Pipe for Sales.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Work closely with VADs, Sis, and Resellers for Partner Marketing activities.

- Competition Analysis

- Ability to meet tough deadlines in a high turn-over environment

- Strong time management skills to effectively juggle several projects around at once

- Ability to work independently and sometimes remotely in a small and growing team.

Required Experience / Qualifications :

- 5 years or more experience working in Digital Marketing (IT or related field) and Communications and must be abreast with the latest in Digital Marketing.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and contents

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement -

- Passion for quality and should be extremely detail oriented

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, think strategically, and maintain accuracy

- Good eye for editing and selecting visual assets, good knowledge in digital file specs & size formats

- Strong team player

Educational Qualification

- Degree and preferably an MBA in Marketing.

Travel Required

- Yes 05-10%
