Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about the products/services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products/services,
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in excel.
