What we do ? Docsumo is a data extraction&workflow automation software for banking & financial services customers. It captures data from documents such as bank statements receipts in real-time eliminating the need for manual typing of these documents. As Sales Development Representative you will be working closely with management to identify new opportunities, reach to potential customers via email and LinkedIn, conduct discovery and demo calls and pass on the opportunity to Account executives.

- Work with marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.

- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

- Rolling out weekly newsletters, email and drip campaigns.

- Making outbound calls to drive monthly & quarterly sales' targets

- Building rapport with potential customers by providing technical information and explanations.


- Assess competitors by analysing and summarising competitor information and trends.

- Handling all incoming customer queries on our live chat.

- Get customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

- Meet quarterly goals & sales target.
