Role: Business Development

Experience: 1- 10 Years

Working days: 5

Salary: No Bar

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Candidate should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Candidate should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

2. Manage existing accounts & Keep the prospective client database updated.

3. Manage lead generation team and define new strategies for lead generation.

4. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

5. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

6. Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.

7. Should have good knowledge of Website development software, Mobile development software, and Cloud technologies.

8. SEO and Digital Marketing understanding will be an advantage.9. Should be open for lead generation to closing the deal.

Qualifications:

1. Experience 1-10 years

2. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.

3. Strong negotiation skills.

4. Self-motivated & team player.

5. Strong communication and presentation skills.

6. CRM experience is preferred.
