Ingenuity Gaming - Manager - Sales (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :


- First point of contact for all existing key growth customers and new business opportunities

- Build Account Plans for all existing and potential customers, prioritize revenue opportunities and create a reporting cadence on each of these depending upon priorities agreed with the Commercial Director.

- Create a sales pipeline by territory from existing customers and accordingly execute Account Plans for these.

- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and become a key resource extension for Ingenuity services

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Help expand the service portfolio for Ingenuity and expand the existing client relationships beyond the current services

- Take on all new prospects and drive them to closure including follow up's, proposals and negotiations.

Desired Profile :

- Significant network and existing credibility in the gaming industry (preferably across multiple geographies).

- Proven sales experience, history of managing and exceeding financial targets

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

- Identifying key decision makers and influencers and appropriately cultivating long term partnerships in client organizations

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, working with both internal colleagues and customer representatives

- Track record articulating the distinct aspects of products and services including differentiating competitor offerings

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts

Note - Must have experience of Selling IT Product/IT Services in International market (US,UK,Europe,Australia) and must have exposure of travelling in these countries.
