Ingenious e-Brain - Trainee - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Title: Business Development Trainee (Region: US)
Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), your primary objective is to support your senior manager through lead generation, passing opportunities to more senior IEBS associates for support in proposal design and closing.
Responsibilities:
- Work with potential clients via phone, email and social media channels to understand their issues/needs.
- Work with Sales team to match these needs .
- Create opportunities and pass leads to Senior Sales Associates.
- For all leads submitted, support the sales process as needed to observe and learn and thereby gain sales expertise.
- Ensure that IEBS clients receive the highest level of customer service.
- Complete Weekly Sales Report in timely manner meeting goals for calls, calls to executives, opportunity targets.
- Attend and participate actively on all internal team meetings.
- Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualification :
- Lead generation / pre sales / inside sales (Fresher are welcome with the right attitude and desire to learn).
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Someone who can fluently speak English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
