Description :

- Candidate must have at least 9 years of experience in market research industry managing research project Life Science/Healthcare domain

- Responsible for customized reports, proposals and executing healthcare market/business research projects which will include market sizing, market opportunities, market forecasting, and other related projects

- Experience in handling end to end project handling

- Leading employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment

- Organizing knowledge sharing sessions and other learning modules to train the team menders as per comp standards

- Supporting business development teams while pitching potential prospects by probing their pain areas convincing them by showcasing required domain expertise

- Accountable for revenue generation and running a sustainable & profitable business

- Managing long term client relationships by delivering beyond expectations

- Branding support - Supporting the digital marketing team with a focus on disruptive and trending technologies, brand positioning right technology platforms

- Support the Management in Strategic Decision Making & Process Improvements, wherever required
