Infrrd - Business Development Role (0-10 yrs)

We are Infrrd - We leverage machine learning expertise and AI technologies to automate processes for our enterprise clients, helping them to accelerate their digital business and transform their customer experience. We are looking for a business development representative to help us compete with some of the best companies on the planet, with speed and accuracy.

The right candidate for this role:

1. Can thoroughly understand the customer's business and how we add value for their business.

2. Has skill with deep research- scanning lengthy annual reports and analyst reports to identify the customer's strategic initiatives.

3. Can channel rejections into opportunities. This role requires you to mine your way through an account, identify stakeholders, and connect with them by leveraging all the tools available to you. How you communicate value and come up with innovative ways to establish connections will be critical. When faced with stonewalling and rejection, you can move on quickly and stay motivated to keep trying until you turn a no into a yes.

Job Description :

The business development team is a critical component of our go-to-market pipeline strategy, and presents an outstanding opportunity to learn fundamental sales skills in preparation for an exciting career in software sales. We work extremely hard, and also prioritize our fun, collaborative, and well-balanced culture. As a rapidly growing company, opportunities for internal growth and career development are plentiful.

Responsibilities :

1. Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Infrrd sales pipeline through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.

2. Work closely with account executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging, driving opportunities for new business.

3. Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives from target accounts, to understand business requirements and product fit.

4. Research and build new and existing accounts (adding contacts, sending regular emails, and qualifying opportunities into the account executive/account manager's pipeline).

5. Work with marketing on executing campaigns and attending trade shows/conferences.

6. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.

Skill Sets :
 
1. Ability to understand customer requirements and identify how Infrrd can solve them

2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. You have a - can do- attitude and are relentless in pursuing goals. Determination and tenacity are a must.

3. You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively.

5. Computer proficiency (G-Suite, Microsoft Office).

6. Excellent written skills and naturally articulate.

7. 1+ years of sales experience.

8. Bachelor's degree.

9. Previous sales experience- proven success in meeting monthly targets is a plus.

10. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other related tools is a plus.
