Location: Bangalore

Your responsibilities: -

1.You need to be creative problem solver, Result Driven individual

2. Own Call Quality and CSAT as a primary metric, Productivity and AHT will be guard rail metrics in this role.

3. Hygiene Metrics shall be Actioned Time, AHT, Call disconnection % -

4. Maintaining an accurate record of all customer issues with oand actual sales. - 5.Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales. -

6.Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.

7.Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics - Maintaining database (Kapture, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective customer information

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree

What are we looking for:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in a Tele sales function

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 2+ years' experience

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Emailing, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
