Infotouch - Inside Sales

Desired candidate Profile :

- Expertise in Pre sales, presentations (via offshore location), costing, Bidding, sub contracting and Liaisioning with technology vendors (alliance partnership), if the need arises.

- Providing end to end support to the sales team with collaterals, proposals and pricing strategy, principals- involvement from management and vendors.

- Expertise in managing outsourced and 3rd party vendors for single window assistance for existing accounts.

- Managing programs spanning over 3 countries including large-size markets in UAE, INDIA,UK and USA.

- Expertise in reviewing and preparing agreements (SLA) and contracts.

- Point of contact for global sales team and operation for End to end sales cycle

- Good command over English Language both verbal & written.

- Should be Graduate - Technical or Management background preferred.

- Good knowledge of Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS office, especially Power point, Word, and Excel.

- Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups

- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organization

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.

- Proactive and ownership behavior, Resourceful nature.

- Well organized and ability to prioritize.

- High on integrity and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.

Qualification/Attainments: Masters or equivalent:

- Relevant Experience: 3 -7years of relevant experience in the same field.

- Influence: Effectively and positively influences peers/subordinates/ superiors in difficult/complex situations

- Communication: Good written, verbal, and presentation skills. Solid interpersonal skills. Listens effectively. Invites open communication and feedback
