- We are looking for Technical Content Writers to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will work with the core teams to shape our product documentation / information guides, tutorials etc. to help our users understand and derive full value out of the product. As part of a startup, this role will be fast - paced and willingness to learn and gain a deep understanding of our product and target customers will be keys to success at Infosec Ventures.

Responsibilities :

- Owning the quality of technical documentation and other customer facing content materials.

- Revising all the product content and keeping them updated with ongoing feature releases and updates

- Creating clear and well structured documentation and how to guides that reduces ambiguity and enables faster integration with Infosec Ventures.

- Detecting and removing inconsistencies or information gaps in all forms of customer facing content.

Requirements :

- Outstanding writing skills, grammatical ability, editorial skills and attention to detail

- Ability to learn new technical concepts, skills, and tools quickly

- Self - motivation and the ability to identify a problem and follow it through to resolution

- Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision in a non - traditional setting

- Experience working as part of a larger Marketing strategy execution plan

Preferred Qualifications :

- 1-5+ years of writing experience

- Previous experience in a product company is a plus.

- Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast - paced environment

- Passionate about working and growing with a Start - up

- Ambitious to perform and create a legacy to leave behind

- Currently working as a team leader for 1 year or has previous experience.
