We're seeking sharp, ambitious recent graduates (B.Tech. preferred, MBA a plus) to join our growing Inside Sales team. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, developing strong relationships and driving sales through exceptional communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and daily outreach via activities like LinkedIn farming among others, aiming for 30-40 calls per day.
2. Set up meetings with potential clients to discuss our products and services.
3. Manage the lead pipeline efficiently using CRM tools.
4. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective cold calling strategies.
Are you a natural communicator?

- We need someone who excels at verbal and written communication.
