Job Description :

Role: Business Development Executive

Location : Bangalore (Remote)

Experience : 3-6 years

Time : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(IST)

Responsibilities :

- Experience working in Services company is a must

- Strong exposure in New Business Development - Hunting for international(overseas business).

- Extensive experience in the area of IT Business Acquisition, BPO, KPO, Medical, healthcare process Management, driving and implementing new business solutions.(Any process is okay)

- Responsible for Overall overseas Sales & Business Development and Revenue Generation.

- Responsible for Marketing of New Products and Services.

- Responsible for Overall Client Service Delivery & Management.

- Leading a Team of Sales Account Managers and and Pre-Sales Managers.

- Contesting, Evaluating, Bidding, Submitting and Executing Tenders.

- Training, Mentoring & Development of Sales Team.

- Broad knowledge in Consulting, Systems Design and Integration dealing with various technology products.

- Highly motivated individual with a proven ability to develop and commercialize all aspects of the business.

- Global Partner Management, Client Relationship & Service Delivery Management and Operations.

- Global Services Delivery Outsourcing.

- Meeting & Engaging with C Level Executives & Decision maker for required process.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling IT/ Software services and/or products to CxOs, preferably working in a leading IT services and products firm with prior experience of working with offshore teams.

- You should have proven experience and success track record of selling technology solutions and services.

- You should have a demonstrated ability to create and nurture new business opportunities while bringing value to customers.

- You should be self-driven, constantly learning and innovative in your ways of working.
