Our Sales Team Leaders bring the sales and the account management teams for a region together and share the responsibility for implementing Infobip`s business development strategy and identifying new business opportunities.

- Our Sales Team Leaders handle major sales deals from one side and lead our sales teams towards delivering excellent business results on the other.

The key responsibilities of a Sales Team Leader are :

- Identifies business development opportunities in her/his area (i.e. new clients, new business to existing clients, products, processes, market activities).

- Ensures the new activities/contracts/business developments are profitable to the business or acceptable as an investment.

- Identifies risks that can affect the achievement of the goals, builds related plans and suggests changes necessary to manage the risks.

- Constantly informs himself/herself about market trends and changes.

- Feeds client/market information to Regional Manager to formulate/update strategies.

- Is accountable for achieving team gross profit targets and for team's performance.

- Supports new team members through the onboarding process.

- Aids the People Operations team with the recruitment & selection process for his/her team.

- Collecting product feedback and conveying ideas for improvement to our technical teams.

- Managing the entire sales process with analysis of competitors and business intelligence activities.

- The key qualities and skills that we look for in our Sales Team Leaders are:

- 9-15 years of experience in client relations, having preferably worked in a team leading capacity at some point

Educational Requirements :

- Relevant Experience preferably in IT, Telecom, Business or other related studies

- Excellent communication, negotiation, motivation and presentation skills.

- Written and spoken fluency in English.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic.

- Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Marketing or IT fields.

- Able to take a strong stand on important principles and defend his/her beliefs, having the good interests of Infobip in mind.

- Able to recognize opportunities for new ways of working, new products, new approaches, processes, etc.

- Experienced in setting challenging plans and leading people towards a mutual goal.

- IT or Telecom background is an advantage.
