About Opportunity:

Job location - Bengaluru

Position - Account Manager

Role : Find new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships in the defined geography. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of proven experience as an account executive or in other sales/ customer service role.

- This job represents a sales effort to grow the existing account base, understanding customers business, account planning, and account management

- You will be based at a client location in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire sales cycle

- Create detailed business plans

- Identify new business opportunities both within new and existing accounts

- Remain in frequent contact with various stakeholders to understand their needs

- Negotiating with various business groups

- Handling client escalations and resolve conflicts

- Solving problems and interacting with the delivery team to ensuring clients expectation and meet deadlines

- Manage relations with C-level executive and other senior leaders

- Identifies business trends and engage in a consultative capacity with both internal and external stakeholders
