Job description - Account Manager (US citizens/Green Card Holders Only)
Manage existing client relationships and find new business opportunities in the defined geography. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of proven experience as an account executive or in other sales/ customer service role.
- Generate sales among existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling. Manage the entire sales cycle
- Operate as the point of contact for named accounts
- Remain in frequent contact with various stakeholders to understand their needs
- Create detailed business plans
- Negotiate with various business groups
- Handle client escalations and resolve conflicts
- Coordinate activities with offshore team members and the delivery organization
- Manage relationship with C-level executive and other senior leaders
- Identify business trends and engage in a consultative capacity with both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
- Service multiple clients concurrently, without compromising on deadlines
- Actively participate in roadshows
- Identify new business opportunities by participating in various networking events and through other sales pursuits
