We are looking for candidates with good communication skills for a Pre Sales / Lead generation role with 99acres.

Candidates having sales experience and wants to move to a non sales role are also welcome.

The site is one of Indias first platforms to cater to the real estate market online and has a pan India listing of properties for sale, purchase and rent spanning 25 plus cities. It brings together builders, brokers, dealers and interested buyers / sellers and connects them over the online medium. Property listings were over 700,000 during 2010-11. The site has continued to increase its traffic share during 2010-11 as per Comscore data.

Job Location - Noida Sector 132

Working Days - 5 days ( weekly offs are on rotation basis)

About the role:

- Handling clients and acquiring listings to scale up properties on the site.

- Candidate will call the prospective users and educate them about the benefits of using 99acres and persuade them to register on the site.

- Interacting with brokers to confirm pricing of configurations in different projects.

- Give inputs for correcting / improving price trends on XIDs.

Job Purpose :

To scale up the owner listings on

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Communicate with prospective clients and acquire them for 99acres.

- Validate client information during acquisition

- Ensure that target conversions are achieved in the said period

Cross functional leadership :

- Liaison with various teams like Sales & Data Management to ensure effective customer handling.

- KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role):

- Overall Profitability of the Individual

- % Authentic output

Requirements :

- Minimum Graduation

- 0-1 years of Experience in customer handling and sales.

- Competencies required to do this job well:

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Target oriented and a team player.

- Fast learner

- Good client handling skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots & Charts)

- Good knowledge of the web applications and their functioning (Internet & Search Engines
