Job description :
 
Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handling a team of media buying, operations executives & web developers.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of your team by tracking goals, setting individual targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of the members

- Should have the ability to review the creative content in the context of client requirements to deliver what is needed from the client's perspective.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Perform code reviews and provide feedback on all internal and external code.

- Serve as a high-level technical resource for the team and assume responsibility for problem solving.

 -Identify, evaluate, and implement new platforms and online systems, both internal and external that could be beneficial to the goals of the company.

- Develop and manage complex project plans, ensure timelines are accurate and expectations are communicated and work with team members to understand problems, dependencies and project milestones.

- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Provide weekly reports to the management as to the progress of the various projects/tasks at hand with minimal supervision.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Must have Bachelor's/Master's degree.

- Proven working experience in digital marketing.

- Experience in managing and directing a team.

- Some level of basic project management skills.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
