Influencer Marketing Specialist (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. The Influencer Marketing Specialist would be responsible for promoting Residential Real Estate- Apartments targeted audience through social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin by engaging Social Influencers. 


Job Responsibilities :

1) Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

2) Research and identify trends and opportunities in the market to develop new content and campaigns that will engage and expand the audience.

3) Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

4) Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes

5) Develop content ideas and write and curate content

6) Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

7) Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

8) Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers

9) Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Requirements :

1) Strong network of Social Media influencers with at least 2-3 years of experience in Punjab

2) Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and public speaking.

3) Strong creative skills, including the ability to produce high-quality visual and written content.

4) Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms, including Instagram, YouTube, Linked in.

5) Ability to analyse data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

6) A passion for the industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.

7) Familiarity with advertising and marketing regulations and guidelines, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements.

Education :

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. The most critical qualification for this role is a strong online presence and engaged following on social media platforms.
