Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator / Executive

Job Purpose:

1. To coordinate between Clients, Customer and Service partners for repair & service activities

2. To prepare reports, managing communications & documents etc.

Location: Jasola, New Delhi (Adjacent to Jasola Apollo Metro Station)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understanding and Responding to customer calls within TAT on Phone and emails

2. Coordinating with clients, customers, logistics providers, service centres etc. for collecting, sharing & communicating on various actions & activities

3. Creating documents in MS Word and Excel

4. Manage and tracking of Service levels of each call as per the contract

5. Delivering services so that Infinity's perception is highest with the customer through excellence of services,customer management skills and communication

6. Providing feedback & escalating to the management on any customer issues, market intelligence etc. which will help in increasing customer satisfaction and Infinity's business.

Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates should be with 2+ years of prior experience in Customer services and coordination

2. Good working knowledge on Excel MS Office tools like Word & Excel.

3. Preferably have worked in service centres and / or technical customer care centres

4. Should be having knowledge of repair processes/service centre process

Required Skills & Knowledge :

1. Must be fluent in English and Hindi

2. Excellent Customer handling and interpersonal relationship skills

3. Escalation management, Coordination with multi-tasking skills.

4. Highly motivated and result oriented

Required Qualifications :

- Graduate
