- Driven the organizations towards Massive Net profits by optimizing performance marketing channels
- Devising overall business plan and corporate sales & marketing strategy for the company
- Directly managing all web/Mobile marketing efforts and increasing quality lead conversions from all sources, including paid search, display, content & social media.
- Developing budget and monitoring & controlling all costs associated with corporate-wide digital marketing programs; tracking campaign costs, performance and ROI throughout the demand generation lifecycle
- Speaking with brands and agencies to bring direct offers.
- Getting direct publishers on board on CPI basis.
- Taking care of campaign performance and check for scope of scaling up.
- Design sales pitch, presentation and proposal for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads.
- Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, publishers and recommend new campaigns to publishers.
- Complete mix of demand and supply to hit the revenue target.
