Infigo Lifesciences - Executive - Marketing (2-10 yrs)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Develop a unit level Marketing plan.

2.GP Referral :

a. Meeting face to face with GPs, organise GP meet

b. Engage them on the concept of day care

c. Explore innovative association means with GPs.

d. Organize initiatives like Camps, seminars , talks, conferences and other events to increase product promotion.

3.Corporate Tie Ups :

a. Identify potential Corporate houses

b. Make proposal, demonstrations and presentations to Corporate.

c. Arrange for Senior level interaction with Corporate

d. Signing of Agreement/ Contract

e. Ensure high quality services to corporate clients.

f. Arrange for Doctors eyecare talk for corporates.

4.Coordination with Branding Agency :

a. Provide them necessary support in terms of information to help them create Patient education programmes.

b. Creation of Promotional Packages

c. Mass media Advertisement

d. Plan and supervise the content of the brochures.

e. Drawing innovative Health Check-up plans/ packages to attract patients and corporate.

5.Others :

a. Tracking and analyzing information on competitor's activities, recommend suggestion to team.

b. Plan and regulate Marketing department budget

c. Ensure that a process is in place for monitoring the productivity analysis of visiting Consultant and referring Physician.

d. Visiting Opticians for surgical Patients.

e. Maintaining good relationship with the social groups, religious organizations and political groups.

f. Identify potential hospitals for tie ups for satellite OPD.

g. Keep updated information of doctors , pharmacy and other groups.

h. Look for cross promotion activities with big brands.

i. Responsible for ATL activities on front of budget and planning.

j. Responsible for process leading to a high degree of clinician Engagement.

k. Facilitate regular feedback to physicians and other healthcare practitioners on performance and patient care practices.

l. Effective implementation of marketing strategies.

m. Daily Feedback.

- Maintaining client relationship Meeting doctors/corporate/TPA periodically (personal visit) to develop business.

- To promote hospital service to the customers (Doctors, corporates etc.,) which helping generating business

- Letters & cheque distribution

- Preparation of presentation for Business development meeting

- To take active participation in any marketing promotional activity

- Co-ordination with internal department

- To solve out the queries of doctors & patients

- To find out new business Avenues for the business growth of the company

- To prepare/update customer database.

- To conduct & Assist CME/Public Awareness/Camp etc.

- To handle & reply the queries of the customer effectively.

- Preparing tour program 15 days before the month.

- Daily customers visit planning & to meet them.

- Maintaining dairy, Daily reports & submitting to the Head on daily basis

- To make suggestions to the management after collecting the feedback from the market.

- To implements the strategy to the senior management in to so as to increase business.

- To do market survey.
