We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B E-commerce Liquidation Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales and execution of our liquidated inventory through various channels. Your role will involve sourcing potential buyers, negotiating sales agreements, and maximizing the financial returns from our liquidation efforts.

Responsibilities :

Liquidation Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive liquidation sales strategy to maximize the recovery value of our surplus or discontinued inventory.

Vendor Research and Sourcing : Identify and research potential buyers, vendors, and partners within the B2B e-commerce sector who specialize in liquidation sales. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand our network and increase sales opportunities.

Product Listing and Marketing : Create compelling product listings and marketing materials for our liquidated inventory on various B2B e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and enticing product descriptions, pricing, and images.

Sales Negotiation : Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and sales agreements with potential buyers to achieve optimal financial outcomes from our liquidation efforts.

Sales Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management regarding sales volume, conversion rates, and financial outcomes. Continuously analyze data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and improve sales effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with internal teams, such as inventory management, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination of liquidation sales efforts. Effectively communicate with external stakeholders, including buyers, vendors, and third-party partners, to facilitate successful sales transactions.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in buyer behavior within the B2B e-commerce liquidation sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and potential buyers.

Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and partners to foster repeat business and ensure a positive experience throughout the liquidation sales process.

Requirements :

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in liquidation sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Sales Expertise : In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies. Experience in liquidation sales, surplus inventory sales, or wholesale sales is highly desirable.

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the B2B e-commerce sector, including online marketplaces, auction platforms, and industry-specific liquidation channels. Understanding of inventory management and liquidation practices is a plus.

Relationship Building : Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with potential buyers, vendors, and partners. Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships.

Excellent Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, pitch sales proposals, and negotiate agreements.

Results Orientation : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial objectives.

Analytical Aptitude : Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Strong attention to detail in tracking sales performance and generating reports.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, prioritize sales opportunities, and seize emerging trends or buyer demands.
