Experience: 1.5 - 9 years

We are looking for talented marketing professional having experience in online bidding on portals to join our team. People who have the ability to understand marketing requirements in National & International market and are able to communicate well. She/he must be flexible to travel as well.

Eligibility criteria:-

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience is required.

- Open for General shifts for US / UK / Australian clients etc.

- Ability to work independently, assertive and quick on their feet.

- Experience of B2B sales with proven track record of success

- Determination, drive and the willingness to learn

Others:-

1.Good communication skill across all levels.

2. Ability in team lead and handling.

3. Capable of engaging on several projects in parallel.

Job Description:-

- Required Bidder with at-least 1 year of experience in Upwork, Elance, Guru online portals.

- Generating Business leads from online Bidding Portals .

- Excellent Written and Oral communication Skills Required.

- Candidate must have experience of Bidding on IT projects(SEO/Website/Digital Marketing).

- Coordinate with the international clients through skype chat and skype/ phone call

- Understanding the client requirements clearly and discussing it with the team internally.

- Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.

- Self- motivated and highly confident professional, with excellent written and spoken communication.

- Setting up meeting with Business Managers for confirmed leads.

- Good at collating data and can handle data mining for international clients.

- Involved in making bid strategies for clients.

- Should be able to gather insight for technical team from client for smooth closure of deals.

- Get the business and earn revenue by generating leads (Clients) on National & International platform by any legal means.
