Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
2. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
3. Promote the company's products/services
4. Prepare Proposals ensuring adherence to Company Standards
5. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
6. Get customer feedback and submit to the senior Management
7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
8. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
9. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager
- Knowledge of Fires systems projects
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- B. Tech in any relevant field
- Previous experience of working in similar companies with Fire System Projects and knowledge of region Delhi/Ncr
