Relationship Manager - Sales (D-Mat Accounts, Corporate Relationships, Capital Finance, IRA Scores)

Job Description : Sales and Corporate Finance Relationship Manager

- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. This position's primary objective is to promote and sell D-Mat (Dematerialised) accounts while building excellent connections with corporate clients. Furthermore, the Relationship Manager will be in charge of providing capital finance solutions to corporate clients through various company schemes, as well as assisting in the assessment of IRA scores to facilitate the listing of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) as DP (Depository Participant) participants in India.

Principal Responsibilities :

Business Development and Sales :

- Drive D-Mat account sales to individual clients and investors and corporates for Dematerialised their shareholding.

- Create and implement sales strategy to meet targets and grow the client base.

- Market research should be conducted to discover potential clients and market trends.

- Create promotional materials and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Management of Corporate Relationships :

- Develop and build good connections with corporate clients by learning about their financial needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Serve as a single point of contact for significant corporate accounts, responding to enquiries and issues as soon as possible.

- Meet with corporate clients regularly to explore the potential for cross-selling various financial goods and services.

Capital Financing Solution :

- Analyse corporate clients' financial status and creditworthiness to provide appropriate capital financing solutions.

- Structure and finalise capital finance arrangements in collaboration with the company's finance staff.

- Ensure that regulatory requirements and internal risk management principles are followed.

SME Participant Assistance and SME Listing :

- Conduct IRA (IPO Readiness Assessment) score assessments for SMEs interested in Launching IPO.

- To collect subscriptions for various mentorship programs

- Help SMEs improve their IRA ratings and meet listing criteria.

- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and SMEs to make the listing process easier.

Documentation and reporting :

- Keep accurate and current records of sales activities, business interactions, and capital finance transactions.

- Prepare regular sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends reports.

- Ensure that all sales and finance documentation is complete and compliant.

Qualifications and abilities :

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. MBAs are preferred.

- NISM certificates are an added advantage like NISM-Series-XI: Equity Sales ETC.

- Proven sales, corporate finance, or relationship management expertise.

- D-Mat accounts, financial markets, and investment goods are all familiar to you.

- Solid knowledge of corporate finance and capital finance solutions.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for DP participants and SME listings.

- Outstanding communication and presenting abilities.

- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand financial facts are required.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

- Capability to establish and maintain solid professional connections.
