Indospirit - Manager - Graphic Design (5-10 yrs)
About the role
As part of the Marketing design & communications team, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of new and existing brand identities. Creating visual communication for various on and offline media channels for all in-house brands. Conceptualizing the brand identity and the brand's public presence and working along the team to make ideas reach the shelf.
What you will do day to day?
- Working with various in-house teams and making sure the solution adheres to the design brief.
- Development of new brand identities
- Brand Strategy and Conceptualization
- Packaging Design
- Brand visual communication & collateral
- Web design
- Social media strategy and design
- Collateral design for ATL and BTL marketing for new and existing brands.
- Maintenance of visual communication of existing brands.
What are we looking for?
A great portfolio.
- Experience in a design role for at least 5-8 years
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Great knowledge of typography and graphic design is a must.
- Knowledge of After-Effects and Cinema 4d
- Photography and video editing skills required
- Cross-team management skills
- Must be creatively driven and create concepts at short notice depending on the requirement.
- Proficient in content writing is a plus.
