Indoor Sales/Telesales/Sales Officer - HR Services (0-4 yrs)

CalibeHR is looking for talented Tele Sales professionals to help support the customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Tele Sales resource will be responsible for setting up structured meetings for the business development teams across the country on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Understand client needs and requirements.

- Setting up appointments and meetings.

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate business development team for further development and closure.

- Team up with Research and Business Development to build pipeline.

- Reliance on pre-structured processes to perform the functions of the job.

- Generate Leads using Social Media/Email Campaign/Cold Calling.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
