We are hiring Tele Sales Executive for our Real Estate industry - Indoasian Buildcon Pvt Ltd
Roles and responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis Influence customers to buy or retain product or services
- Answer questions about products of our company Assist the Client During the Decision Making Process
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements for real estate Generating Lead and direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Handling email communication for ensuring smooth customer service
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Closely Follow-up Till the Conclusion of the Deal
