We're inviting applicants for ASM profile for Ludhiana region. The profile will majorly focus on Institutional Sales (HORECA division). We're looking for people who possess a great deal of confidence, have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality.

Experience Required : Min 3 year

Role and Responsibilities :

- New Account Development and Acquisition - such as hotels, bars, cafe, restaurants, caterers, gyms, high-end hospitals etc. and strategically securing profitable business majorly through Institutional sales.

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- New business development from existing and new customers.

- Building and managing strong relationships with clients and helping product with continuous feedback.

- Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned.

- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing clients.

- Delivering presentations of the company products in the HORECA business.

- Maintaining the company's contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.

- Producing daily & monthly sales reports.

- Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team, and HO.

- Ensuring availability & visibility of the product in the assigned market.

- Maintaining and reporting details of stock movement in each location assigned.

- Timely and frequent visits to the outlets & maintaining a minimum stock level at each outlet.

- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the distributors, dealers, clients, customer support staff.

Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable using MS- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Reporting skills :

- Flexibility in working hours

- Willing to travel on the frequent basis, preferably has own conveyance for local travel

- E-mail and telephone etiquettes

- Should have excellent negotiation skills to deal with various kinds of customers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

- MBA (Marketing/ Sales)
