Responsibilities:

- Ideate and create compelling storyboards for social media content that can be manifested into different content formats- static, infographics, video content.

- Develop content IPs for social media campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies

- Work closely with the graphic & motion design team to brief & direct them to create content in different formats.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and financial news to produce relevant and timely content.

- Translate complex financial topics into accessible and consumable social media for our audience.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize copy for SEO to improve content visibility and reach for You Tube Videos and Web Articles.

- Analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and guide optimization strategies.

- Contribute to content marketing efforts by drafting newsletters, segmenting audiences, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of content materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience of minimum 2 years working as a copywriter or content creator in the finance industry or related field.

- Strong understanding of finance, equity markets, investment principles, and basic economic concepts.

- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to research and analyze complex financial topics and present them in a compelling manner.

- Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO tools.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and concepts.

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Portfolio demonstrating previous work in finance-related content creation is preferred.

- Knowledge of design principles and video editing skills are a plus.
