Indibni is looking for a creative and hardworking individual to join our marketing team as a Customer Support Executive. Being at Indibni is like strapping yourself to a rocket ship.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.

- You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, and RMA's.

- You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc.to resolve customer issues.

- You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.

- Should have strong understanding of social networking and social media

- Should be able to coordinate and implement social media interactions with responsibilities that include creating brand awareness online

Key Skills :

A knowledge of principles and best practices in (Customer Service), 


- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction, An ability to learn quickly, Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, Excellent email writing skills, Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment., Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate in Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
