Profile Overview :

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our IT software services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. Skills: Multiple Domain Knowledge, Sales Acumen, Client-Centric Approach, Communication Skills, Technical Proficiency, Strategic Thinking, Problem-solving, Negotiation & Convincing Skills, Time Management, Team Collaboration, Networking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients and markets for IT software services.

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, delivery, and marketing teams, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

- Provide input on product/service development based on client feedback and market trends.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and expand the company's network.

- Actively participate in professional organizations related to IT and software services.

Australian Shift - Morning 6 AM to 3 PM

Europe Shift - Noon 12:30 PM to 10 PM - (For this specifically we need BDM)

Both can be rotational but Initially, a candidate should agree to work in this shifts
