Indian Mesh - Technical Support Role (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for the candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.
Technical support officer will give the demonstration of the software to the operations team. Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to the operations team directly for the software updations, as well as create written documentation.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Minimum Graduation Required
Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Software training to the staff members.
- Track Software behavior ( bugs / fault if any )
- Good communication skills and problem solving ability.
