Position Description :
- The position holder shall be responsible for understanding the customer needs and ensuring high levels of customer servicing to drive client Renewals and Upsells.
Job Summary :
- Acting like a consultant to the clients and ensuring customer delight through personalized solutions and issue resolutions
- Revenue maximization and achievement of business targets from allotted clients by improving client Renewals and Upsells
- Taking ownership of teams of 6-7 executives to drive client servicing
- Own direct and team's service demonstrations to clients on video meetings
- Capturing key insights on client experiences and provide feedbacks on process improvements
- Ensuring regular team audits to drive process adherence and new initiatives
