- Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while upselling.
- Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services
- Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions.
- Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets.
- On-call servicing role; primarily responsible for servicing & managing relationships (periodic feedbacks / engagement on set parameters {IMA/PNS/Lead Management/ Customer tickets})
- Identify and evaluate upsell prospects, research and understand them before setting appointments for sales teams through consultative selling.
- Track and report performance parameters (renewals / upsell funnels, CSAT scores).
