IndiaMART InterMESH - Assistant Manager - Sales/Client Services/Telesales (1-7 yrs)
- We are hiring for the client servicing profile.
- The position holder will be an Individual Contributor.
- You have to manage, build professional relationship with already existing clients who are already using the services of IndiaMart.
- You need to ensure that your clients are using and deriving benefits from IndiaMart by providing them prompt resolution to their queries.
- For that you are supposed to call those clients, fix the meeting & go on field to meet those clients and understand their needs & pitch them for upsell, cross- sell and timely renewals.
- You would be required to meet 4- 5 clients in a day.
