What the Role offers :

- The position holder will be an individual contributor

- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients

- Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART

Key Responsibilities :

- Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly,monthly sales and client retention targets

- Prompt resolution of client complaints

- Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for sales &servicing

- Accurate mapping of products/services in client's e-catalog

- Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure to sales & service issues

Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidates :

- Hunger for sales & application of sales techniques

- Good Verbal and written communication

- Good negotiation skills

- Ability to multi-task and work independently

- Should have a laptop and regular WiFi connectivity
