IndiaMART - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Category Management (2-4 yrs)
- Engineers from all branches (electrical, electronics, civil, mechanical, biotech, production, and any other) with 2+ year work experience can apply.
- No e-commerce experience required.
- We are looking for candidates with experience in core industries of manufacturing and sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- User Acquisition : Drive user traffic by driving content SEO, onboarded sellers to achieve planned targets
- Business Development : Ensure best brands as well SMEs from across the country are onboarded on marketplace
- Competitive Quality Catalogs : Drive to acquire good quality catalogs with accurate prices & specifications, high quality images and hottest seller products
- Matchmaking : Ensure best quality categorization to achieve best quality matchmaking.
- Customer Experience : Capture and resolve customer pain points. Create solutions and liaison across the marketplace to resolve customer pain points.
- Operational Efficiency : Work across operations, part time associates, cross functional teams, product management department to ensure a smooth and fast functioning to achieve targets in given time period
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education qualification - >85% in classes 10 & 12, >60% in B.Tech (Non-CS/ IT)
- Good communication skills
- Analytical data driven detail oriented approach
