Job Description :

Job Role : Manager - Business Development (Sales)

Experience Level : 4 to 7 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

The job role would broadly involve :

- Identifying potential customers, create proposals/pitch and presentations - both online & offline

- Identify opportunities / generate lead to an increase in sales

- Develop new business in the field of Mobile Applications, Digital Platforms, Online Branding, Website Design, Website Development, E-Commerce, Content Management Systems (CMS Website Development)

- Handle objections by clarifying, convincing and converting leads up to final closure

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up online zoom meetings

- Attending meetings in your city as necessary with the client to close the order

- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and addresses their needs effectively

- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person

- Work according to company goals and showcase potential to exceed targets

Required Skills and Experience :

- Graduate with good spoken & written English

- Must possess a passion for sales and for growing alongside a bold disruptor of the multi-million dollar web development industry

- Must have ability to discern client's requirements and convince to close the order

- Must be self-motivated & driven

- Prior experience in sales with web & advertising agencies will be a huge plus
