We aim to make financial products affordable and easily accessible to the person when needs financial assistance at the most. Our team is equipped with experienced and qualified finance professionals associated from the top-notch institutions such as IIT, LBS, IIM, Stephen's, LSE, and various global banks.

Experience :

- You should've demonstrated the above skills for a 3-4 year period, managing high engagement social media handles catering to the next billion, and have the pulse of the subcultures within our target audience group.

About The Role :

- You would be leading our digital marketing efforts for a new credit product and be responsible for managing in-house team, and external agencies to ensure our message, and our solutions are visible and accessible at the right places across the digital universe and metaverse.

Job Responsibilities :

- Audience Building and Segmentation: We can't be everything to everybody. You're the customer's voice to the group, and that requires you to know the ins and outs of our core audience, including creation of precise customer personas, and constantly seeking more insights about our customers needs and wants.

- Content : It's not only about what we say, but how we say, and where we say it. You would work with in-house and external content writers to get our tone, emotions, and value propositions, just right. You'll be expected to know what online channels will highlight the work to reap the maximum ROI. These channels could include, blogs, advertising, video or podcasts, webinars, infographics, memes, or white papers, case studies, lists, and other text.

- You will be required to develop a community listening process so we always have our ears to the ground, and enable our risk and product teams build useful and usable solutions.

- Email : We use email every day as a communication tool. You would be required to create concise, yet compelling emails that snag the attention of our target audience.

- Mobile App Marketing and ASO : If it's mobile, you know it, love it, and have mastered it to the nth gigabyte. You're expected to understand the latest in app marketing including App Store optimisation, as well as when Google/Apple will adjust their search algorithms toward a mobile-first strategy and respond appropriately.

- Social Media, Community Building, Partnerships and Collaborations :

- Social media is the cornerstone for any Brand. You're expected to specialize in helping our voice rise above the social noise - which is considerable. We believe our customers, and our team are one community, our tribe. Community building, management and growth, in addition to knowing which social channels to use and what to promote should be all in a day's work for you.

- Analytics : A very wise person once said, "In god we trust, for everything else, bring data". We're using tech to solve the problems of today and tomorrow. That needs us to make decisions driven by data, which you'd provide. Knowing how to gather meaningful data, and weave a story with it for the team would be your biggest contribution.

- Your work will be challenging and as ever changing as the Internet itself. You must plan, execute, analyze, and readjust to optimize the fickle mediums that fall within our online presence with softer skill that give you the ability to be Analytical, Communicative, Creative, Empathic, Organized, Strategic, and Lead by example.

Requirements :

- You should be resourceful and have a list of collaborations you've done in the past with online content creators.

- You should be able to relate to our mission and be able to tell us why? We love our tribe, and would take a bullet for each and every member of it, come and be a part of it
