India Shelter Finance - Officer - Loan Sales (0-2 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION : LOAN OFFICER
Department : Customer Acquisition Position: Loan Officer
Gender : Male/ Female Educational Qualification: 12th pass/ Graduate
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales preferably NBFC with a background in Home loans/ LAP
Job Summary :
Responsible for directly sourcing home loans ranging from 5 lacs to 30 lacs from customers in the local area with a rate of interest not less than 15%.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understanding of product, customer segment, market realities
- Understanding of USP of India Shelter
- Proficient in selling home loan products
- Building relationships with connectors to take references for sourcing loans
- Building relationships with potential customers and translating it to business outcomes
- Understanding of the documentation process and following it religiously
- Submission of completed and non-delinquent applications
- Sanctioning and Disbursement of files per month as per monthly Target assigned.
Base Line Requirements :
- Experienced candidates of 1-3 years with Home loan / Loan against Property and Mortgage loan experience in NBFCs.
- Selective Freshers could also be considered
- Proficiency in Sales
- Local candidates (Living or working in the same location that they are applying for)
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
