India Center Foundation - Manager - Business Development (5-15 yrs)

The overall scope of assignment is duly execution of tasks on the vision, mission and agenda of India Center Foundation pertaining to the Business Model Generation, Execution and Financial Strategy.

Principal tasks and responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will undertake the following tasks and ensure due execution.

- Review and assess various business potential and leads.

- Based on strong understand of business model generation in social sector, recommend systems, processes for resource mobilization and financial sustainability of ICF and its initiatives.

- Review and assess business opportunities and potential of ICF initiatives.

- Ensure a consultative process in development of business opportunities.

- Prepare and present regular reports containing in-depth analysis on various business options and recommendations for the board of ICF and IJGPS.

- Develop and execute business plan/strategy with a comprehensive analysis of key areas of ICF and IJGPS initiatives

- Develop organizational and individual capacities for business development.

- Co-ordinate internal and external communications and awareness of organization's direction, mission, aims and activities

Qualifications Required :

- Advance University degree (Master degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, organizational development and management or relevant fields.

- Minimum 6 years of proven knowledge and professional experience in strategic planning and management, organizational change, corporate planning, in the public or private sector in developing countries.

- In-depth understanding of organization and management of public, private institutions and NGOs, with a focus on financial sustainability of the organization.

- Strong motivation, excellent team player and result oriented.

- Excellent presentation, communication and IT skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to work in multinational and multipartite environment;
