Your Role & Responsibilities at Incture:

- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect customers and SAP sales executives in North America

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers and SAP sales executives in North America

- Researching potential leads from data directories, web searches, and digital resources

- Understanding prospect needs and mapping the alignment to Incture's offerings matrix

- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, SAP, social, references, SAP App center, events and partners through a rigorous lead qualification and scoring criteria

- Capturing detailed notes from calls, meetings, conversations and follow-through with call to action

- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of contacts and detailed lead activity information

- Weekly reporting on lead performance against targets

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree with 4 -7 years of total experience of inside sales, selling IT services for the North American market

- Familiarity with cold calling campaigns and follow-up techniques

- Knowledge of SAP Platform and Technologies is a huge plus

- Hands-on experience in working across the marketing stack impacting demand generation, onboarding, social listening, lead scoring and re-marketing

- Should be dynamic, energetic and should be good at organizing information

- Strong communications skills with the ability to present data to influence and rally people across the organisation as well as activate prospects

Experience: 4- 7 Years

Qualification: BE Preferred, MBA
